Yes, your data is secured using the latest encryption techniques. All files are privately stored and can only be accessed by you and your tenants. Your payment information is also secured by our payment partners (Stripe and Plaid).
To create a property, navigate to the "Manage" tab and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new property.
Adding a tenant can be done through the "Manage" tab. Locate the property to which you want to add a tenant and follow the prompts.
Payments can be recorded via the "Payments" tab. Select the tenant for whom you wish to record the payment and enter the transaction details.

We support various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers.
Archiving a property or tenant will remove it from your active list. Archive tenants or properties can be viewed by clicking the filters button in the table and selecting show archived data. Deleting a property or tenant will permanently remove it from your account.
